Russell is a senior manager and former Associate Director with a well-respected Hawkes Bay Chartered Accounting firm since 2001 and he has built very strong business relationships with a wide range of Hawkes Bay and national businesses. His work with Hawkes Bay businesses in IT and system and procedures is well respected in the region and nationwide.

Russell brings a huge amount of business management ownership experience to The Alternative Board and has been actively involved on several boards & committees, including sporting teams and local government organisations.

Russell and his family reside in Napier where he enjoys the Hawkes Bay lifestyle, including taking an active interest in winemaking, and of course, wine tasting.
